Can I use your underlay with underfloor heating?
Yes, we stock specialized low-tog underlays designed specifically for underfloor heating systems. These allow heat to pass through efficiently without damaging the carpet or the heating elements.
How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
We offer standard delivery within 2-3 working days and an express next-day service for urgent projects. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.
Do I really need to replace my underlay when getting a new carpet?
We highly recommend it. Old underlay loses its elasticity and support over time. Installing new underlay extends the life of your carpet, improves insulation, and ensures the manufacturer's warranty remains valid.
What is your return policy if I order too many rolls?
We accept returns on full, unopened rolls within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our customer service team to arrange a return, though please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
